Your Client Bill of Rights

Your Client Bill of Rights

May 25, 2016

I believe that providing investment advice and building financial plans are just two small responsibilities of your financial advisor. The other equally as important areas revolve around a client’s experience working with their advisor. I am dedicated to putting client service first in my practice with my Client Bill of Rights. There are a few ways I strive to provide the highest level of service to my clients and allow them to expect the following:

1. Objective Advice and Recommendations

As an independent advisor, I’m not required to fulfill sales quotas, nor am I limited to choosing select investment products or services. You can count on my recommendations are always made in the best interests of my clients from a wide array of available investment options.

2. Education to Empower

Knowledge is essential for feeling confident in your financial strategies and future. With the heart of a teacher, I make it a point to answer my clients’ questions and strive to ensure they understand the options I am recommending and the reasoning behind it. I want them to feel empowered to make informed financial decisions and see their progress over the years.

3. Unmatched Service and Communication

It is my goal to respond to all calls and emails within 24 business hours, although it’s usually much faster. Beyond responding to calls, I proactively reach out to each of my clients throughout the year, whether it’s to send birthday wishes, provide updates on their portfolio, or just to check in and say hello.

Clients sometimes tell me that they don’t receive this level of responsiveness from other service professionals. They know that if they have a question, I’m going to answer it, and if something is important or needs their attention, they are going to hear from me. I do this because I never want clients to think they’re only going to receive bad news when they receive a phone call.

Open communication is essential for a trusted relationship. If you have questions about my services, how I work, or how I may be able to help you, I encourage you to reach out to me today for a complimentary, commitment-free consultation. Or, if you know a friend or family member who may benefit from my services, pass along this article. I’m available by email at michael.loo@lpl.com, or by phone at (949) 221-8105 x 2128. You can be sure to hear from me within 24 business hours.
